GENERAL

GENERAL

I am a Berlin-based UI/UX designer with over six years of experience, specializing in B2B web applications and complex product interfaces. My background spans both agency work and enterprise environments, giving me a broad perspective on how design operates across different scales, speeds, and constraints. I’m deeply passionate about finding smart solutions with the tools and possibilities of our time—combining systematic design thinking with modern AI-assisted workflows to deliver work that’s both visually precise and strategically grounded.

PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

Good design starts with understanding the complete picture before touching any tool. The questions that matter most come first: What phase is this project in? What are the technical and business constraints? What’s the actual user goal versus the stated requirement? This context aggregation—connecting product logic, business goals, technical reality, and user needs—is where real design value begins.

My methodology is built on rapid prototyping and iteration rather than lengthy discovery phases. Building testable solutions quickly, validating them with real stakeholders, and iterating based on feedback delivers better results faster. I bring systematic intuition and business-focused pragmatism to move efficiently from unclear requirements to shippable solutions—knowing when to challenge assumptions and when to simply execute well.

I work AI-assisted, but not AI-dependent. AI tools accelerate sensemaking, flow structuring, and early prototyping. But responsibility for user guidance, information architecture, component logic, and design quality remains entirely mine. The quality of any AI output depends entirely on the quality of context you provide—and aggregating that context is where experience makes the real difference.

Strong UI sensibility and structured UX thinking aren’t separate disciplines in my work—they reinforce each other. Contrast, spacing, micro-interactions, and component systems aren’t decoration; they’re the infrastructure that makes UX flows actually function in practice. I think in systems, not individual screens, which enables consistency, accelerates development, and makes products maintainable long-term.

Ultimately, good design in a product team means protecting quality through informed prioritization, showing work early to prevent costly misunderstandings, and delivering handover-ready solutions that engineering teams can actually build.
