Building a content-driven experience

Building a content-driven experience

Samsung Circle is Samsung Germany’s training and knowledge platform for retail partners and employees, combining product learning, launch communication, and sales enablement within a single branded experience. As one of main operational UI designers on the project, the work covered interface design, asset management, content design, and the creation of customer-facing presentations and infographics across a wide range of product categories and campaign launches. The challenge was to collaborate closely with copywriters, content managers, and UX conceptors while keeping everything consistently aligned with Samsung’s visual identity — all while continuously developing fresh concepts and ideas for every new release cycle.

Aligning operational needs with a polished brand experience

Aligning operational needs with a polished brand experience

The work was defined by the need to act as the connective layer between content management, brand requirements, and interface design. Because Samsung Circle serves both retail partners and employees, a constant part of the role was determining when the experience needed the clarity and structure of a B2B platform and when it would benefit from the accessibility and engagement of a more B2C-oriented presentation. This required close collaboration with content managers, copywriters, and UX conceptors, while also managing a large volume of assets and continuously developing new UI sections, modules, and feature ideas to support upcoming launches and evolving content needs. At the same time, every touchpoint had to remain consistent with Samsung’s brand standards, while gamification, release-driven storytelling, and content freshness were continuously considered to keep the platform premium, relevant, and engaging.

Building a scalable & maintainable design workflow

Building a scalable & maintainable design workflow

It was important to establish a centralized design workflow in Figma that could support Samsung Circle’s recurring release cycles in a scalable and efficient way. By introducing reusable templates and clear content rules, content managers, copywriters, UI/UX designers, and content designers could collaborate much more smoothly across releases.

A key part of the work was building modular page structures, defining spacing and copy constraints, and ensuring that Samsung-provided assets could be integrated consistently across breakpoints without compromising layout quality or brand consistency. At the same time, new UI sections, modules, and features had to be developed continuously to keep each release fresh and aligned with the evolving content strategy.

Deepening cross-functional experience

Deepening cross-functional experience

This project strengthened my experience working in a highly dynamic, interdisciplinary environment with a strong release rhythm throughout the year. Collaborating closely with a talented team made the work both enjoyable and highly valuable, and it further developed my ability to work across disciplines with clarity and confidence. It also gave me a much deeper understanding of agency workflows and the commercial context behind complex, cross-functional product work.
